Release Notes

1. Added the ability to convert centimeters, inches, ft, or meters into Dim weight.
2. Added a same day view to the dispatch screen. This screen works well for Door to Door and Pickup/Delivery moves. This is useful if you only want to see one side to a shipment versus both the Pickup/Delivery side in the grid. When you complete the pickup side it then changes to the delivery side so that only one line shows on the grid at a time.
3. Added the ability to print a single POD report from the dispatch shipment documents drop down.
4. Added a quick way to POD Line hauls from the dispatch screen. If you change the Active View to Line haul you can them multiple select shipment, right click and enter POD info. You can also enter POD info for a single Line haul by opening or right clicking the shipment. We also added some additional sort options to assist with Line haul POD entry.
5. Added a column for Line haul Manifest #. This will tell you what Line haul Manifest the shipment is on.
6. Added a Pickup-LH and Delivery-LH indicator to the PD Column. This will let you know if the Pickup or Delivery has a Line Haul on it.
7. Added an additional contact type to the customer file. Added a contact and E-Mail for a Security Contact.
8. Added an additional invoice sort option for (Move Type).
9. Added a Hazmat Flag to the View Line haul Manifest screen. This will also print on Line haul manifests.
10. Added to ability to print out the Line haul Manifest in order of HAWB, Customer, Consignee, Shipper, MAWB or Tag #.
11. You can now sort the Line Haul Manifest after it prints on the View Line haul Manifest screen. You can also reprint the Manifest in order of selected if needed. The View Line haul Manifest Screen now also allows you to edit shipment view double click or right click. This can be used to enter POD's and such.
12. Added the ability for the Line haul Manifest to be printed in the order it was entered on the loading dock.
13. Added a multiple shipment discount based on weight setup to the FAK tables. If the shipment is setup to break per pound you can use multiple layers to setup discount depending on the quantity of shipments. This works in conjunction with the # of ships selector on the pickup or delivery tab on the Shipment Information Screen. What happens is for example say 3 shipments costs less than 2 shipments you enter 3 on the shipment. Then a discount will be given based on the rate table setup.
14. When entering a Payment on the Payment Entry Screen the entire line will highlight. This will help to indicate which shipment/invoice you are selecting to pay.
15. The Billing screen will now indicate if a scan image is on file. When a scan sheet in printed the screen will have "Scan" checked. When an image has been scanned for that shipment the "On File" box will be checked.
16. When printing a single invoice from Billing the system will remember the last output. Example output to screen will stay output to screen if another invoice is printed. The number of copies will also be retained when going out to the printer.
17. When you are printing scan cover sheets the system will remember the last items that were checked. For Example, if you had Alert and HAWB checked the next time you go to print a scan cover sheet they will stay checked. If next to the items to be scanned indicates pending it means, that shipment has already had a scan cover sheet printed with the items checked to be scanned.

Following is a list of reports that have been added or expanded in the current version of Crown Freight Manager 5 in the update to Quarter 3 2007 Version 5.7.

1. Added a Summary option to the Rep Commission report.
2. The Outbound driver manifest report automatically sorts by the carrier now.
3. A No Calc indicator has been added to the normal settlement report.
4. Dims were added to the Pickup Card and POD Report.
5. Added the sales rep to the Sales Variance Report in the Management Reports Gallery.
6. The HAWB has been added to the Forward Air Lot Label.
7. Added a choose by customer option to the Live Freight Report.

Following is a list of Enhancements to Mobile Data:

1. MDU messages going from dispatch now allows for the notes to be put through to the driver's phone.
2. Added the ability to optionally allow the driver to update pcs and weight on the MDU.
3. Added the ability to enter the last POD or recovery time to subsequent jobs.
